Instead, we let you handle the shopping and provide you with an accurate shopping list to accommodate your event’s needs at a significantly more affordable rate. We bring the wait staff, indoor or outdoor bars, as well as disposable cups, cocktail napkins, and straws to ensure your event refreshments are professionally managed, mixed, and served.

• 100-200 guests = 2 bartenders 

• 300 guests + = 3 bartenders & 1 barback

Service fees do not include gratuity for the bartender, which can be handled one of two ways, you may allow a tip jar to be placed on mobile bartending service bar which is the preferred method, or opt in “hosted gratuity” in which the tip jar is eliminated, and the host pays $1.00 per person per bartender.
